We turned to this company after my father lost his mobility. Unfortunately, it’s been hit or miss. Some aides were great, but others raised serious concerns. Communication and consistency are major areas that need improvement. Several aides mentioned they signed up one day and started the next, with little to no training — which is concerning. I had surgery on both my wrists and my mother is on a walker. So we had hired them to send someone out for a couple of days. They sent Gwen, not only was she a hard worker and very attentive. She was also very kind, sweet and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would definitely go to them again for any future home care needs myself.
