I had Tytum come to do a warranty replacement of the compressor in our 7 year old A/C unit. It was still under warranty and even though Tytum was not the original installer, they were able to quickly and effeceintly obtain the replacement part and install it. Great communication throughout the process. Plus they were almost $600 cheaper than the other closest estimate. Good job Tytum!
Our air conditioner abruptly stopped working (always super inconvenient times) and when the house gets too warm we just can’t sleep. The news broadcast an upcoming heat wave and rather than wait till “later” I decided to put in an inquiry for a quote (mind you it’s like 9:45pm) and literally in less than a minute I get a text outreach offering services and free inspection. After receiving a quote from a different highly reviewed HVAC company, for a simple repair of a leak in our 5 year old system, I was shocked at price I was quoted. Thank goodness I had also called Tytum for a second estimate. The owner, Dan, quickly assessed the simple problem and did the repair for a very reasonable price.
