I hired Tytum for installing central air. Alex was professional and kind, answered all of my questions regarding the quote and scope of work. The install crew was punctual, efficient, and very clean. Tytum was the most affordable of all the quotes we got and also the most professional and easy to work with. Their work was quality! We are very happy with our new system. Would highly recommend Tytum for HVAC needs in San Diego!
Great experience! Tytum was the best deal compared to the 3 other quotes I received. They were extremely fast to respond to my request for a quote, scheduled my full HVAC and duct replacement within a week, and got the work done in about 6 hours. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and covered my floors so they didn't end up tracking dirt in my house. Their whole team was great! Would 100% recommend them to others!
I had multiple bids on a gas to heat pump system conversion and tytum came in at a very reasonable price point and they had great reviews so I gave them a shot. They came through and knocked out the whole thing with a team of 3 techs in one day. Very impressed at their speed, efficiency, and know how. I had an issue with a thermostat and they came back the next day and fixed that as well as other nitpicks I had with the system. Excellent service.
Tytum just installed my HVAC system and they were very efficient! Let me tell you I had problem after problem with my previous system. I had another company out to repair the system and after a few different issues and repairs we decided it was time to replace our hvac. I initially contacted Tytum HVAC because I was having issues with my heater and chose them based on their positive online reviews. Dan came out to assess the problem and was extremely helpful and professional. After discussing the age of my unit and the fact that I didn’t have AC, he provided several replacement options without any pressure to purchase, which I really appreciated.
