After not receiving services for a year, I reach out to them and ask, are we still on our quarterly maintenance plan? They tell me no, our service plan expired a year ago. And you were going to tell me this when exactly? No communication at all. Since I have hired Air Specialist. They came out for routine maintenance and did a great job. They tell me that Comflow only put in 4 air filters each in our 4 AC units and they require 5 air filets in each. BEWARE of this company, they half ass do their work.
Brandon and Angel came out to help on the AC unit of the company I work for. They went above and beyond and really fixed the problem after having a few people come in and have a look. They also fixed the air flow in the back area where we work which we didn't know was a problem. Those men deserves a raise because they are one of the most honest and knowledgeable AC technicians I have come across.
