I placed my pizza order at 5:39 PM and paid immediately after receiving the payment text. By 7:23 PM, we were still waiting for our food. When I called, I was told they had gotten busy but could see my order and would send it out right away. After such a long wait, I expected at least an apology or some gesture of goodwill, but there was nothing. As a first-time customer, this was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.
