I took a dress there and when I picked it up three stones were missing from the front of it. I called the number to tell them about and the number is disconneted! I will not take any of my stuff there again!!!

I RATE THIS PLACE 0!!! I relocated to Lawton and wanted to find a cleaners with drive thru service. All was fine until my shift changed and I got off at five. Understanding that I was in the five oclock rush, I was patient. I didnt mind waiting in the drive thru for twenty minutes. (Once you get in, theres no getting out.)After about the 4th time, I decided to start going in to pick up my dry cleaning. i went here with a wool coat. it came back to me covered in lint and hairs that werent from my head and the coat smelled like cigarette smoke! i complained to the manager and it fell on deaf ears. she claimed they cleaned it and ran it through a lint roller. yeah right. they still charged me twelve bucks. spend your money elsewhere!
I switched from Zoots to 2.99 Cleaners and they ruined (rips in the material) several of my wifes silk items. When I took them back they told me that the items were already torn. I told them I was not coming back and would not refer anyone to their business....and they said fine dont come back and dont refer anyone....and again stated that my items were already ripped....and oh by the way they charged me for dry cleaning the ripped items....what a dump!
