Prompt, thoughtful, and courteous! Great cleaning and pressing.
We have used Comet Cleaners multiple times without issue, however that has changed recently. And we will NEVER be using them again. We brought clothes there recently and picked up some articles that were ready, however no one let us know the last article was ready and we forgot about it. Comet Cleaners is such a wonderful place to bring your clothing and they're super quick and getting you your clothing back to you. The staff is truly great people
Suits came back clean and wrinkle-free, which I appreciated. However, when dropping them off, I was expected to leave my $400 suits on the counter and walk away without any physical receipt or confirmation. I was essentially asked to trust that they would be properly logged under my name. That made me uncomfortable, as there’s too much room for error in that process. I won’t be doing that next time and would strongly recommend providing customers with a receipt at drop-off for peace of mind.
