Always friendly and fast. I take advantage of their excellent deals for drop off on Wednesday & Saturday.
I took in a simple cotton dress with no special care instructions, worn only once for cleaning. It could have been machine washed, but since I had accidentally spilled two small drops of chocolate on the front, I didn’t want to risk trying to remove them myself and ruining a new dress that I loved. Instead, I brought it in for professional cleaning. Three days later, I picked it up and the same stains were still there—only now they had dried and set even more, making them impossible, to remove. Dress is ruined.
Prompt, thoughtful, and courteous! Great cleaning, pressing and customer service, consistently, for several years now! Like the text notifications.
