Your ad says you provide same day service. You used to. I could drop off on my way to work and pick up on my way home. I tried to drop a suit off to be cleaned today at 7 am to wear to a funeral tomorrow. The young lady informed me that it would not be ready until Monday Evening! Today is Thursday! 4 days service vs Same Day Service. Need to update your ad.
Why have you been closed all day Friday and all day Saturday when the roads are clear of snow and all the other businesses are open? I’m traveling to a conference first thing in the morning and have not been able to pickup my dry cleaning for two days, so now I have to go shopping for shirts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!!! I was so incredibly disappointed when I picked up my dress from the woman who said, "Oh I was surprised a lot of the stains came out" so I smiled and thought great and didn't think anything of it. Opened the bag with the dress a day later to realize it had a note at the top that they could not get stains out.
