We’ve been coming to this cleaners for a year or more. I love that they have a drive thru. Great and friendly service
Lady at the front is super rude and shouldn’t be working with customers. Her attitude is discussing. If you ask her a question be prepared to be faced with an angry response. Services are weak and basic.
This place is a disaster, and Lisa—the woman at the front—is the reason why. From the second I walked in, she was openly rude, dismissive, and acted like doing her job was some massive burden. She didn’t just have an attitude—she seemed genuinely angry that a paying customer had the nerve to walk through the door. I would give this a ZERO star ! After reading so many negative reviews about this place , I wanted to give it a try . It was a big mistake!! My recent experience at this Cleaner was nothing short of appalling, primarily due to the absolutely dreadful customer service provided by the Hispanic woman shown in the picture at the front desk.
