Closed down but still says opened don’t drive all the way over here
As many of the other reviewers have stated. The customer service here is horrible. We dropped off 2 different comforters and they were both damaged. In our most recent visit, my wife tried to get in touch with the manager but he is not there or hard to get on the phone. When we asked the lady at the front desk for help, she just stated there is nothing she can do. When my wife did get in touch with the manager, he mentioned it was the type of material. We’ve been coming to this cleaners for a year or more. I love that they have a drive thru. Great and friendly service
Lady at the front is super rude and shouldn’t be working with customers. Her attitude is discussing. If you ask her a question be prepared to be faced with an angry response. Services are weak and basic.
