This place is a disaster, and Lisa—the woman at the front—is the reason why. From the second I walked in, she was openly rude, dismissive, and acted like doing her job was some massive burden. I would give this a ZERO star ! After reading so many negative reviews about this place , I wanted to give it a try . It was a big mistake!! My recent experience at this Cleaner was nothing short of appalling, primarily due to the absolutely dreadful customer service provided by the Hispanic woman shown in the picture at the front desk. This place leaves stains on my clothes every time that I use them. I try to avoid this place but sometimes out of convenience because it’s close to home.
