I have repeatedly had bad customer service at this location. The Hispanic lady in the front is RUDE and needs to be fired. She always has a rude comment, rolls her eyes, or has a sarcastic remark to say. I will be giving my money to a place that actually wants my business.
Horrible customer service, I would not recommend. High prices, for mediocre work at best.And the female who works the counter has trouble understanding English. Will definitely not be coming back. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs.
I have used Tide cleaners for years, but I used Comet for the first time last week because it was a Friday and I needed my clothes back on Saturday for a business trip. Comet does production over the weekend. Never again and no second chances. They put an extra crease in my lapel of my jacket so I couldn't take it on my trip and I have 2 creases in pair of slacks. Terrible. The production was done by someone who absolutely doesn't care. I'm done!
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND They had me pay for stain removal when they didn't/couldn't remove the stains. I brought 2-300 a month there for cleaning. Will never return....terrible service
