Great service Friendly
Very efficient and friendly! Just moved to the area and needed to find a new dry cleaning spot. Did a fantastic job with my husband’s suit. Will definitely continue to use their services in the future.
Very disappointing experience. I trusted this cleaners with over $400 worth of clothing, and several items were returned visibly faded and shrunk. This damage was not present before service. Instead of taking responsibility, they argued that this is “what happens to clothes” and even suggested the items may have been switched. That response was dismissive and unacceptable. I have used Comet Cleaners on McDermott a couple of times now for dry cleaning specialty fabric clothing. Every time, I have received prompt, cheerful service, my garments have had spots and stains removed and are returned fully clean and undamaged within just 2 days. Fast, quality service and reasonably priced! Go on Tuesdays to get 25% off. I highly recommend this location!
