Terrible customer service, clothes had to be taken back ,I won't use them AGAIN!
very fast and very nice people working 👍
Price is the only thing keeping it from a solid 5 stars. Great turn around and great quality.
Comet ruined my husbands Lab coat by writing on it with sharpie. Mind you, it was brand new when I dropped if off. Heidi said " we aren't supposed to be doing that ...it was the new girl. We will fix it or replace" But the owner just wanted to give us a store credit... And swore it's poilcy to WRITE ON the clothes When we brought it to their attention they said they would call but never did one several occasions .. now the owner is dodging our calls. USE KLASSIC instead. - they were able to fix this
