Comet ruined my husbands Lab coat by writing on it with sharpie. Mind you, it was brand new when I dropped if off. Heidi said " we aren't supposed to be doing that ...it was the new girl. We will fix it or replace" But the owner just wanted to give us a store credit... And swore it's poilcy to WRITE ON the clothes When we brought it to their attention they said they would call but never did one several occasions .. now the owner is dodging our calls. USE KLASSIC instead. - they were able to fix this
Use Klassic Kleaners instead. This place will ruin your clothing. If pointed out, they will blame their employees, give you the run around, and ghost you.
I have always liked Comet cleaners. Now I have an issue!! My bill was $34.00 ofcourse u didnt save my receipt because i always trusted them, when I looked at my bank record, I was charged $74.00. When I tried to call the number was unable to go through!!
do all my dry cleaning there no complaints
