Comet Cleaners in Frisco ruined my Lucchese jeans. I had clear notes in their system stating not to wash any of my denim, yet they ignored them and washed a $400 pair permanently damaging the color, finish, and structure. Once luxury denim is washed incorrectly, you can’t unwash it. The jeans were returned double‑creased, faded, and unusable. We have been frequent customers of Comet Cleaners, but after this experience, we will seriously NEVER ever give this location our business again. My husband called at 8:30 AM specifically to ask about same-day service and was told the cutoff was 9:00 AM. He immediately got in the car and headed there. We had 10 suits to be cleaned, and we are repeat customers who have regularly spent money with this busine... read more
I have been using this store because it was on my way to work and close by work. Have been multiple times they have made mistakes on my cloths, I will no longer use this business. Shirts i have picked up dry cleaned and can tell they were not washed cause they still had wrinkles from them being tucked in. ... read more

In response to owner response: I can confirm that that manager did not intend to resolve the problem. After requesting a rewash of clothes that come out smelling dirty and mildewy after the dry cleaning, she refused the rewash and only offered to spray the clothing either a random fabric deodorizer. It cost her next to nothing to rewash, and taunted to go ahead and post... read more
