Comet cleaners on Coit always have the nicest people working. There’s a recent review calling out an employee named Hannah. She has always been very kind and professional and friendly. Someone must be extremely insecure thinking that seeing people laughing inside a building would be directed towards them. It seems as if you formed your opinion before you even stepped foot in the store.
My family and I have been choosing this dry cleaning place for over 5 years but I’m extremely disappointed in the attitude and entitlement that this young lady named Hannah had with me. Absolutely zero customer service. And not just her, the whole team that was working on April 2nd around 6:30pm. Granted, I came in with about 7 curtains, 1 trouser, and 1 blouse and it is a lot of items but that does not give Hannah or the rest of the team to act entitled. Based on the amazing customer service and expediency at Comet Cleaners, this is where we take our dry cleaning whenever we are home! The employees have always been kind and competent. Having been told the typical turnaround time is <24 hours since the dry cleaning is done on site, my family doesn't have to risk having our items lost/misplaced like we've experienced elsewhere in the DFW area.
Very bad service I gave my clothes for wash and fold service And the hey just dumped all shirts in the bag unfolded Waste of money Dry cleaning also very bad
