Based on the amazing customer service and expediency at Comet Cleaners, this is where we take our dry cleaning whenever we are home! The employees have always been kind and competent. Having been told the typical turnaround time is <24 hours since the dry cleaning is done on site, my family doesn't have to risk having our items lost/misplaced like we've experienced elsewhere in the DFW area.
Very bad service I gave my clothes for wash and fold service And the hey just dumped all shirts in the bag unfolded Waste of money Dry cleaning also very bad
We gave our UGG comforters for dry cleaning and it came back with soiled dirt on edges with just folded and returned with no dry cleaning, but they charged for it for not dry cleaning we realized when we started using it in winter. Sorry will not recommend this place for expensive comforters dry cleaning.
Brought my wedding dress to get cleaned and preserved was immediately sold on being able to use my 20% for first time customer. Never got a call when my dress was ready to even tell me it was done I come in that was the first issue I have with Comet cleaners. Then I am told that I can’t use that 20% when I came to pick up. The person definitely did not care that I was told I could use it and brushed it off for having all these signs in their store saying they are rated high in customer service did not feel like it at all.
