I dropped off a very expensive formal dress on 4/17. Told I could pick it up next day. They lost the dress and I had to wait until they could find it. They said they'd search this store and Judge Ely store and someone would call me back. No one called. I had to keep calling. They didn't find the dress until 5/8, and charged me the full amount to get it back. I think someone was wearing it for prom/formal wear and that's why I couldn't get it back.
