Waste of time and money. Careless work. Jeans and shirts have random creases everywhere. Jeans seemed to not have been washed. Will never go back.

This place is very unprofessional with terrible customer service. I took clothes in & was told they would be ready the next day after noon. Went back 3 days later, they searched & searched for clothes, 20 min later told me they weeent ready. I said I need my clothes Now, clean or dirty. Another 15 minutes later she found them dirty & handed them to me...nothing said. I walked out, took them to Keen cleaners for same day service. This place is a joke.

Will not be using them again. Shirts were 3 days late and did not look like they had been pressed at all.

I've spent 2 hours at the business trying to find 5 pair of my work pants today 5-5-17. Same thing happened two weeks ago and it took them 2 days to find my pants. For the last month every time I order heavy starch my pants have white smears all over them that won't come out until I wash them. I will not be using them anymore. My pants cost $55 per pair and 5 pair are lost. All of this after I allowed them an extra day to get my uniforms ready. Something needs to be done or they will lose all of their customers. *** is very disrespectful. *************************************************************** ******** A few of his workers are respectful but the rest is very disrespectful and clueless. They don't wash their clothes as well as their dry cleaning smells bad when i pick up and i always have them redo because it smells bad. I ask for heavy in my husband clothes but when i pick up its light as ****. I do not recommend anyone to this place.

Well let me tell you about the run around i have been getting for over a week, dropped off two pairs of jeans on 30th of Nov, so here it is the 9th of Dec, still no Jeans, we have heard a bunch of excuses, they may have been sent to another of our cleaners and we are looking for them, we will call you back, to, oh the manager just left and she will call you, we have used this location for 4 years and have never had a problem..won't be using them anymore.hey manager call me!

After attempting on more than one occasion to try and get Ken to contact me regarding a complaint that I had, I have decided that customer complaints do not get any consideration. I was told on my 3rd visit to his business that he was really busy. He did finally call after my 4th visit and my 4th request that he call. He finally called, I did not get the call, and he left a message which I returned. I got his voicemail and left a message and asked him to please call me back. This company ruined three expensive Christening/Baptism gowns that I purchased for triplet granddaughters. Dresses were dry-cleaned twice but an obvious spatter of some type of chemical bleached/de-lustered the sheer overskirt. Manager claims it was faulty fabric but the rest of the skirt is fine after cleaning and the dresses are only damaged on one side (the front unfortunately) and each damaged with a different splatter pattern.
