Waste of time and money. Careless work. Jeans and shirts have random creases everywhere. Jeans seemed to not have been washed. Will never go back.
Will not be using them again. Shirts were 3 days late and did not look like they had been pressed at all.
Well let me tell you about the run around i have been getting for over a week, dropped off two pairs of jeans on 30th of Nov, so here it is the 9th of Dec, still no Jeans, we have heard a bunch of excuses, they may have been sent to another of our cleaners and we are looking for them, we will call you back, to, oh the manager just left and she will call you, we have used this location for 4 years and have never had a problem..won't be using them anymore.hey manager call me!
After attempting on more than one occasion to try and get Ken to contact me regarding a complaint that I had, I have decided that customer complaints do not get any consideration. I was told on my 3rd visit to his business that he was really busy. He did finally call after my 4th visit and my 4th request that he call. He finally called, I did not get the call, and he left a message which I returned. I got his voicemail and left a message and asked him to please call me back.
