Non-existent customer service. High turnover and absences of account managers. Poor to no communications. No proactive responses to issues.
Had life insurance for 25 years and trust officer John Morgan said me and my husband couldn't cash it out when we went through a divorce that took 2 years they were taking money out of my like insurance to keep up the policy and pay themselves I ask many times to send me an update on the policy and never received one until I cashed it out and found out what they had been doing very dishonest out right lies and I would go as far as even saying illegal
