There can't possibly be a another trust company, or for that matter, a business, run as poorly as Comerica Trust. No department or employee should be represented as "customer service," because that does not exist. Questions go unanswered, requests are ignored, and service is just a word. The only thing Comerica knows how to do is charge fees, high and often. You'd have to be nuts to let this company get anywhere near your trusts.
Non-existent customer service. High turnover and absences of account managers. Poor to no communications. No proactive responses to issues.
Had life insurance for 25 years and trust officer John Morgan said me and my husband couldn't cash it out when we went through a divorce that took 2 years they were taking money out of my like insurance to keep up the policy and pay themselves I ask many times to send me an update on the policy and never received one until I cashed it out and found out what they had been doing very dishonest out right lies and I would go as far as even saying illegal
