Comerica has poor customer service with a phone answering system that leaves customers on hold for hours at a time. I have called Comerica repeatedly regarding the replacement of my debit card. Initially I was told it will take 7 days for delivery. It has been 30 and still no delivery of the debit card. I have called Comerica a total of 6 times in the last three weeks. Consumer beware use another bank!
