Horrible experience, teller never want to cash me a check because my account was overdraft, horrible manager ComericA bank need to do something about these people attending customers they are horrible. I’m in Houston and at River Oaks branch their are amazing. I’m thinking about going back to BOA. ComericA need to do something about that horrible client experience on that branch
Bad experience yesterday, 08/10/21! I went in to talk with someone about opening a business account for my new business. The loan advisor I spoke with (Asian lady who never even introduced herself) was not very helpful at all. She just kept telling me why she couldn't help me and continued to look at me (not saying anything) as if she expected me to just leave. Not customer service oriented at all..
