I would not recommend Comerica Bank for either personal or business banking needs. My experience at this branch was marked by extremely poor customer service and a lack of transparency regarding their internal policies. When seeking clarification on their procedures, the staff and bank manager were unhelpful and refused to provide written documentation of the policies they were enforcing.
