Disappointing and very sad in my opinion. I feel ripped off. Help me Hank will be contacted. I filed a complaint with the FDIC. DO NOT TRUST Comerica Bank. I have to look for a new bank after more than 30 years. I made a very large deposit of mixed coins at this bank. The deposit was made in tamperproof bags . They were supposed to be sent off for counting. However, this branch decided to open up the bags, and then they did not count the money and only gave me credit for a portion of my deposit.. Worst banking experience I've had with Comerica was at this branch. Rude, unfeeling, lack of basic caring about your money, don't listen well, and don't seem to care about your service and patronage.
