This is the worse bank ever the manager treated me so horrible I will never bank here again. My card was stolen and they held me responsible the dispute was not handled properly
Nice location close to my work
If I could give this banking location 0 stars I would. I was completely belittled and spoke to in the most Russ, condescending manner ever by the BRANCH MANAGER! I spoke with customer service twice who also gave me incorrect information. I am closing my account and would not refer anyone to this location.
Obviously, the two reviews written below are from other banks. I believe that the "Plenty of bank choices. Choose one of them" and "I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my entire life" is a testament to my prior statement. I have used this bank since I was 16, and my family also uses this bank. The rudest People, I ever met in my life. I closed my accounts, and save deposit box. I will never do business with them again. I was so offended by the way Grayce Davinson treated me.
The staff is loud, unprofessional, and just plain rude. I would never open an account at Comerica Bank on Mound and 8 Mile or refer any of my friends.
The entire staff, was extremely rude. I will remove all money from my business account and close my dealings closed with this bank. I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my life. Then to make matters worse, Betty Hajek, the manager, is absolutely lazy, talking in a cell phone at her desk, and not helping at all. In another planet. Comerica has really got to see how this branch is ran. They would throw up.
These guys don't refund unauthorized charges! They had me sign something THE SAME DAY I discovered the unauthorized charge. Then avoided me for weeks. When I finally got a hold of the one and only person who could help me, I was told I didn't have enough documentation and my account was overdrawn by their ridiculous fees! They didn't even start the investigation. And the corporate office wouldn't help me either. Said I had to talk to the same guy who avoided me for over a month now and would not return my calls!
