I wish there was a rating lower than zero because this Comerica banking center deserves it. Agents here are rude beyond imagination. You are in customer service to help people not to belittle them. Having banked with Comerica for over 15 years, I am ready to take my business elsewhere to a credit union. There is no need for rude behavior. We are all adults here. And I’ll highly recommend my workplace that banks with Comerica for millions of dollars to do the same.
Worst bank and customer service ever... they will let your buisness fail and Mike the Manager will even try to take your personal money after the buisness is failing from them putting 10 to 15 day holds on every check... I will never use this bank again and I would Not take your buisness there
It's always quick and easy, and if you don't know something they are very friendly and helpful. The staff are really kind.
