After the Comerica by me shut down I now have to drive an hour just to use an ATM that won't charge me. After driving here this morning the ATM is broken again. This is the second time in a week I had to make a two hour drive and was not able to do anything with the machine down. I will be closing my comerica account and going elsewhere , this company gave up years ago.
I wish there was a rating lower than zero because this Comerica banking center deserves it. Agents here are rude beyond imagination. You are in customer service to help people not to belittle them. Having banked with Comerica for over 15 years, I am ready to take my business elsewhere to a credit union. There is no need for rude behavior. We are all adults here. And I’ll highly recommend my workplace that banks with Comerica for millions of dollars to do the same.
