Came here today to get a document notarized. Ms. Muca was extraordinarily pleasant to deal with; she helped me right away and took extra time to print out some documents and make copies that I needed. She really went above and beyond. I’ve been banking with Comerica for decades and this type of stellar customer service is the reason why. Thanks Ms. Muca!
Just one banker. Waited 30 minutes only to be told I should go to the other location. Hire more bankers!
The staff are all friendly and professional with the exception for Trudy. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and she has not improved one bit. Trudy is Still the same mean grumpy lady. If you don’t customer service maybe it’s time for another job so you don’t deal with people.
