Had a bad day, and just looking for grace. Got a flat tire on the way home. And I had to use restroom. I’m an amputee wearing shorts. I talked with Vice president and explained my misfortune and asked to use restroom. He said no.
Worst customer service I went to the counter the person in there ignorance but I wait long time with a special need child. She’s very disrespectful. Customer Service is very poor I informed the front desk hopefully she will treat Customer with respect
This branch is understaffed, but going from observing many repeated mistakes at other locations, the company as a whole appears to be circling the drain and I don't expect it to make it through the next recession.
