Worst customer service I went to the counter the person in there ignorance but I wait long time with a special need child. She’s very disrespectful. Customer Service is very poor I informed the front desk hopefully she will treat Customer with respect
This branch is understaffed, but going from observing many repeated mistakes at other locations, the company as a whole appears to be circling the drain and I don't expect it to make it through the next recession.
Never Ever Had A Problem In 20, Years. The People They Hires Are The Greatest.
My husband and I have used Comerica since it bought our old bank on Illinois many years ago and have enjoyed years of excellent service at all locations. The staff at the Wheatland location, which we have used since it opened, is friendly, efficient and always helpful.
