I want to thank the staff at this bank for all the help they have all given my mother. She had her bank cards and identity stolen and she didn't know what to do, and the staff at this branch of the bank took such good care of her. They went out of their way to tell her she didn't do anything wrong, she wasn't a bad customer, etc. They helped her with everything, including things that didn't relate directly to her account with them. Comerica needs to step into current trends of the banking industry throughout all their branches. This particular location I frequent only for convenience, as it’s less than a 10 minute drive from my home. This bank is limited with online banking options and is rather inconvenient. Every time I come here something goes wrong or the bank tellers have a bad attitude. Today, 10/21/16 @ 3:45pm, because I don't have an account with the bank, my check was not cashed, allegedly the system was down. The funny thing, Jessica asked me if I had an account before telling me the system was down. I then informed her, why have the bank open! Jessica didn't explain, just looked at me crazy.
