I have banked with this branch of Comerica Bank since 1980.. The staff are helpful but have no personality, very depressing, drab old furniture.. No security, ATM AREA is not safe and not keep clean, smells musty and transaction receipts litter the floor. There needs to be more up to date changes made to this location; like decorations, furniture, plants, real or artificial, personnel customer service relations training, etc. It is convenient as for as location and mostly senior citizens do their banking there. I want to thank the staff at this bank for all the help they have all given my mother. She had her bank cards and identity stolen and she didn't know what to do, and the staff at this branch of the bank took such good care of her. They went out of their way to tell her she didn't do anything wrong, she wasn't a bad customer, etc. They helped her with everything, including things that didn't relate directly to her account with them. Comerica needs to step into current trends of the banking industry throughout all their branches. This particular location I frequent only for convenience, as it’s less than a 10 minute drive from my home. This bank is limited with online banking options and is rather inconvenient. This branch is pretty sad that the company has failed to upgrade this location. The equipment n drive up is dated, the atm set up is set up like a scene from a scary movie (doesn’t feel secure/safe).
