Poor service
I opened a checking account a few months back and a savings account. No one told me that once I started withdrawing money from my savings that I would be hit with $175 withdrawing fees . Never again will I ever open an account with them.
I have banked with this branch of Comerica Bank since 1980.. The staff are helpful but have no personality, very depressing, drab old furniture.. No security, ATM AREA is not safe and not keep clean, smells musty and transaction receipts litter the floor. There needs to be more up to date changes made to this location; like decorations, furniture, plants, real or artificial, personnel customer service relations training, etc. It is convenient as for as location and mostly senior citizens do their banking there.
