I love this bank, never long lines to deal with, everyone is super helpful
Dear customer I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received. Your bank or employee changes terms overnight and aggressively pushes for credit card sign-ups and referrals for friends and family to open new accounts. Based on my experience, I find your bank and employee practices unacceptable. I will no longer be doing business with you, and I will be advising others to avoid your system as well. Don't go to this branch! Go to any other one but this Anaheim branch!! The manager can't even spell the word GMAIL let alone my name!!!
