Dear customer I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received. Your bank or employee changes terms overnight and aggressively pushes for credit card sign-ups and referrals for friends and family to open new accounts. Based on my experience, I find your bank and employee practices unacceptable. I will no longer be doing business with you, and I will be advising others to avoid your system as well.
