Couldnt use the atm at all supposedly no money
The ATM machine there is always broken other then that fast convenient service and friendly staff. I've never had a problem except for the broken drive thru ATM machine
I went to this Comerica Bank to cash a check payment and the check is drawn on this Bank and they "Comerica Bank teller" REFUSED to service me and then her and her coworker then started laughing about it as if something was funny which wasn't. I will be contacting their corporate Office to file complaint and then possibly "Civil action" for DISCRIMINATE AND I'M DISABLED. SEE WHO IS LAUGHING THEN?!!! Please avoid this Comerica Bank at the I-10 East Fwy, Houston TX 77015.
Went in on 10/03/22. Can't use the ATM because of a long line and they stupidity put it where a driver threw window is. Went inside 20 people in line and one teller. They either need better management or close it down
So the teller was smiling and I need help to access my account. She said I need my ID or account number so I got my account number and still could not help with my situation. What I learned a person needs to know when to smile and when not to smile. My question is if a customer is having money problems would you as a teller smile about it? And when I talk to the manager and she just says oh that's her personality so she didn't even bother to listen just quickly dismisses the issues.
