Obviously, the two reviews written below are from other banks. I believe that the "Plenty of bank choices. Choose one of them" and "I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my entire life" is a testament to my prior statement. I have used this bank since I was 16, and my family also uses this bank. The entire staff, was extremely rude. I will remove all money from my business account and close my dealings closed with this bank. I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my life. Then to make matters worse, Betty Hajek, the manager, is absolutely lazy, talking in a cell phone at her desk, and not helping at all. In another planet. Comerica has really got to see how this branch is ran. They would throw up.
The staff is unruly and unhelpful. Plenty of banking choices. Choose one of them.
