Cesar was very helpful and courteous this week in setting up new high yield account. Answered all questions with useful information, and advised of additional accounts and services that could benefit in future. Staff at teller station very prompt and helpful as well.
This review is for a wonderful employee, Cesar! He is 5/5 stars- professional, super fast, polite & upsells CDs without any pressure. The branch is more accurately 2/5. Cesar is literally holding this branch together. His supervisor is all together quite useless. The supervisor is especially nasty, maybe not to customers but hearing her scream at a separate employee in front of customers was awkward & unprofessional to say the least.
