Worst unprofessional staff . I Went Thursday to deposit coins and she said me to come early Tuesday in between 9 to 9 .30 am in the morning. Usually Tuesday thru Thursday is my working schudule even I managed and went there 9.28 . .she refuse my coin to deposit my .now she is saying .i am late .i need to come 9 am exactly. Rude staff specially that lady who doesn’t speak english properly

Visited the Bedford, TX Branch off Central Dr. on Tuesday (4/1/2025): So I’ve been banking with Comerica since 16 and I’m 42…never had any issues. Recently I realized $95 was deducted from savings account so I visit a local branch to see why…was advised by the Personal Banker that I transferred money to my checking too many times this month (which I was never told about or aware of and explained that), so I asked to have the deduction refunded and now I’m aware going forward. Worst bank EVER! Allan on waiting days for direct deposit, almost an hour every trip whether it’s drive thru or inside!!! Each person sets their own rules on cashing checks!!!! I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business, so glad I’ve cashed my LAST check here and no longer have to deal with these kindergartners!
