Horrible customer service. Get the circle of transfers to then be put on hold for 20 minutes. Seems obviously no one wants to work so they put you on hold so you just hang up.
Dad charged the Estate Administration of Comerica Bank to administer his estate on his death. Four years later the estate is still not settled. Three years after his death we learned that there was an unequal distribution of assets in 2018. Top to bottom we have experienced incompetence,arrogance, and a global refusal to be accountable for their many shortcomings. Fee collection was the only area of demonstrated expertise.
