Horrible customer service. Get the circle of transfers to then be put on hold for 20 minutes. Seems obviously no one wants to work so they put you on hold so you just hang up.

Top to bottom we have experienced incompetence,arrogance, and a global refusal to be accountable for their many shortcomings. Fee collection was the only area of demonstrated expertise.
