They have no respect to the customers early in the morning we waited few minutes extra for them to open the doors after 15 minutes only one customer been served because workers are having a conversation and laughing that really unprofessional
This is my favorite location all the staff has been kind to me and helped me over the phone and in person. I have never had a bad experience at the location and I will always have an account with this bank. I have been with them for several years now and will continue to be with this bank they are great. All the works and management even the security guy was nice to me. So I'm not going anywhere.
I went in on Friday March 28 2025. To cash in some US SAVINGS BONDS. A teller tells me that Comerica no longer cash US SAVINGS BONDS and I would have to mail them to the United States Treasury Department and printed me out a form. I asked the teller when did this start, she said " this has always been comerica's policy... So I went to the Comerica on 6 mile and Woodward and they cash it with no problems... If the teller didn't know how to cash in savings bond just say that and go get some help
