I just left and after giving SEVERAL opportunities for productive customer service..this office fails MISERABLY! Just left after having used ALL of my lunch HOUR in line! There was but ONE clerk at NOON (PRIME TIME) ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH to attend to customers. To add insult, this clerk was PURPOSELY moving SLOWLY; as the drive thru clerk stood by talking.
