ATM here never works. The tellers are awesome but Crystal/manager is not. Took her 2 hours to open a checking account, she kept leaving the room. She called me about my account, had to go then never called back. Didn't return my call. Reported ATM malfunction, said I got the money, but didn't. She said it would take time to investigate. I just left and after giving SEVERAL opportunities for productive customer service..this office fails MISERABLY! Just left after having used ALL of my lunch HOUR in line! There was but ONE clerk at NOON (PRIME TIME) ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH to attend to customers. To add insult, this clerk was PURPOSELY moving SLOWLY; as the drive thru clerk stood by talking.
