ALWAYS slow with customer service! There’s ALWAYS one teller open that DOES NOT move with a sense of urgency! Not friendly at all! This branch SUCKS!!!!!
Tellers are friendly and helpful, but are woefully understaffed. It's a wait every time I go in. And the bankers just sit in the bank not helping. Very frustrating experience almost every single time.
Unbelievably slow and poor service. Had to wait 15 mins in an empty bank while 3 associates wondered around laughing and gossiping about non work related bs.
I wouldn’t bank at this bank. If I can’t go to the bathroom here I’m not putting in for a bank account. They are very rude. It was only one lady that was nice. She was behind the counter and especially being a city worker you need to be able to go to the bathroomand they were really rude and no I wouldn’t bank here. If I had a bank account here I would take it out and put it somewhere else just because of this one place I wouldn’t bank at none of them. I don’t even want to give them one star.
