Ms. Goldsmith sets the standard when comes to customer service. She was very helpful when I needed information regarding an estate matter, and every time I was in the bank I watched her assisting customers with their banking needs with a smile and kind words.

ALWAYS slow with customer service! There’s ALWAYS one teller open that DOES NOT move with a sense of urgency! Not friendly at all! This branch SUCKS!!!!!
Tellers are friendly and helpful, but are woefully understaffed. It's a wait every time I go in. And the bankers just sit in the bank not helping. Very frustrating experience almost every single time.
