Comerica Bank is in the dark ages when it comes to technology. If you want to change anything on your loan, such as how much to pay or what account to draw from, you have to drive over there and fill out the request on paper. Then it takes 4-6 weeks to go into effect. Everything is archaic. Staff are friendly, but their private banker is diabolical - so friendly on the surface, but Michelle will gossip about you as soon as you leave.
