If I could rate zero stars I would. This bank ate my wife’s debit card due to having a broken ATM machine operating. Then ensue to make her pay $50 to expedite her new card, and they said the card number would be the same and it’s not going to be the same. The employees said quote “we are just employees we don’t know what to do we can’t help”. Clearly that is the case as they lied to my wife and have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT USE THE ATM HERE! It’s broken and will hold your card. It happened to me and several others this weekend. The bank employees can not get it out and it’s a $50 fee to get a new card expedited. The minimum they should do is cover the cost of expedited shipping! Horribly managed bank. Won’t be coming back here again.
