Not happy with customer service today been coming to this bank now for a few years now and there is plenty of new people now was in drive-thru and the young lady was real extra not knowing what she was doing so I'm not pleased I always gave Comerica High marks but after today I won't be back at this Comerica I will go somewhere else where they understand you
I have a loan here (that was purchased by comerica). They want to charge a fee to make the payment over the phone; they do not have the capability to let you pay it online and my existing bank bill pay is not set up through them. Once they advertised zelle, I opened an acct so I could zelle the money over each month and pay my loan instantly. (1) the zelle isn't instant like it is with other banks; (2) they do not consider this a monthly deposit - thus I was charged a service fee. The service fee made me negative so they ch... read more
