I have banked at this location for the past 17 years, and overall, I have been getting good customer service and would highly recommend that bank. They greet everyone by the name and address of any issue I would have. Just think of any bank where you banking they would remember you while you are in line and help you with a big smile
I received terrible customer service on the phone. The new manager, Gerardo, refused to listen or help and would not even let me talk. Management should re-think if they want a useless manager to represent the bank without care for the customers.
