They don’t let you withdraw cash unless it is from the automated atm, but it doesn’t give certain bills so usually they will change it for you (just takes longer and is a useless extra step) but now the teller isn’t working so I have to get funds from automated teller and deal with the fact it isn’t the break down I need. On top of that I have been sitting here waiting for 10min cause the automated teller is busy. Mind you there are two employees inside doing nothing because they are apparently incapable I guess?? I really like this bank. I have been doing business here for almost 8 or 9 years.
I have a business account in Comerica and one of the bankers working at this branch sold me a credit card. I later learned that Comerica is using a third party and does not have its own credit card service. What a shame. Now I have to pay some late fees and interest to that company, as they could not reach me (they do not have my email, but Comerica does) and you cannot see the card statement and make a payment from comerica.com. They are partnering with a company but they have ZERO integration. Terrible service, terrible br... read more
