I would give 0 stars if I had the option. I’ve had the most frustrating experience with this bank and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Every time you attempt to use online banking, they make you wait for a code to be emailed to you first- this can take several minutes. Major inconvenience. I’ve also NEVER had a bank disable my account as often as Comerica, despite taking all the necessary steps for fraud protection. They don’t let you withdraw cash unless it is from the automated atm, but it doesn’t give certain bills so usually they will change it for you (just takes longer and is a useless extra step) but now the teller isn’t working so I have to get funds from automated teller and deal with the fact it isn’t the break down I need. On top of that I have been sitting here waiting for 10min cause the automated teller is busy. Mind you there are two employees inside doing nothing because they are apparently incapable I guess??
