Very disappointed with the branch at 9100 Airport yesterday. I was in the drive thru line before 5:00 and there were initially 4 cars, 2 each in the 2 lines that were opened. The car ahead of me took so long to be served until when I reached the queue it was after 5:00. I was not even acknowledged. The teller today told me that their machines turn off at 5, so I'm wondering how they served the customers that were inside the bank and there were a few.
