Every time I walk into this branch they act as though I'm some sort of criminal attempting to commit some sort of financial crime. All I'm really trying to do is deposit the occasional check that people give to me. Today I stopped in to deposit $2,000 cash and they were in such a tight huddle behind the counter that they failed to notice there were customers even in the place. Terrible customer service at this office and their other offices across the country. My point of contact left the company with no notification or anything, I only found out because her email auto-replied hat she was no longer with Comerica. We opened a fairly simple trust with them, it's been over a year and they are still not finished setting it up and haven't distributed the first cent.
