Terrible customer service at this office and their other offices across the country. My point of contact left the company with no notification or anything, I only found out because her email auto-replied hat she was no longer with Comerica. We opened a fairly simple trust with them, it's been over a year and they are still not finished setting it up and haven't distributed the first cent.
