Very nice tellers. Came in to cash a check and they waived the fee as a courtesy. Will definitely visit again. They are planning to merge with 5/3 bank in September and will be offering more account options. Looking forward to becoming a member.
Customer service sucks, specifically at drive through on East Freeway
I was treated extremely poorly at this branch, the manager V. Castillo is prejudice and treats you with little to no respect, I have many more things I’d like to say but I’ll bite my tongue. I’m glad I closed my account from this branch. I’ll never do business with this bank or any of its affiliates. This bank simply doesn’t care about you. Wells Fargo here I come!
