The employees are rude & not helpful, this includes the manager. Horrible customer service, can't wait to switch my account to a different bank. I don't recommend anybody go here.
This is the location that is closest to me to get my benefits. I wish they would bring one to San Pedro. It makes it harder for those who are less fortunate with no transportation. But the branch are nice tellers. Never an issue there.
Very efficient service. I appreciate that my representative was wearing a mask given that there was no glass or plexiglass partition between her side of the counter and mine. I had a pleasant, hassle-free, experience with no waiting. My representative had a nice voice, pretty eyes, and a courteous demeanor.
