Terrible bank! And its not just this location, they’re just awful in general. Customer service is NEVER available! Their hours are like Monday through Friday until like 6… and more or less closed on the weekends. Good luck getting anything fixed. Tons of issues. Rampant overdraft fees. Glitches. Their website is down Half of the time for “maintenance” this bank is a mess! You’d have better luck with a prepaid card! Id you’re not already a member I would advise that you don’t become one!
This may be the most inept branch of any bank I've ever dealt with. Nothing about doing business with them is easy. They will also lie to cover up their mistakes. If we didn't have a large credit line with them we would bank elsewhere. Avoid if at all possible
Horrible staff; they do not even welcome you when you come in. Once you are at the front, employees don't even look at you and ignore you. The last time I was there, I tried to deposit my check that was three months old, but they didn't take it because it was not valid when I knew it had not an expiration date. For $76.00, my check could not be deposited; the teller was rude and arrogant. I will never come back to this bank, and I will not recommend you to come to this location.
