I had difficulty finding out some information from Comerica who originally merged with Fifth third Bank. However I was able to speak to a banker by the name of Erin Denson who is a Personal Banker at that location on Mockingbird. I want to thank her for going up and beyond in terms of customer service and helping me with my situation. She was smiling over the with her attitude was very positive and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Please recognize her for her outstanding customer service my best RZ

The ATM does not work most of the time. The manager is aware of that as is the district manager. It has not worked for at least two years. Will be closing my account asap.
Several Mondays, I’ve come by around 10:00 am to use their ATM with no luck. The ATM has been closed, and then, I have had to drive to another branch. I’m not certain why they can’t keep it open and replenished.
