Customer service has been really good for my folks and I
Horrible customer service. The misinformation of this establishment is unreal. Just to get clientele in the door they will say one thing over the phone and then change that information when you arrive. Poor product knowledge, poor customer service, and poor presentation. I would not recommend this bank for any case one could think of.
I went and update my address in January of 2022. The staff never update my account with right address and shipped the debt card to wrong address. When I called and spoke to Tiffany she was rude and unprofessional. She didn't let me speak and cut me off. After being an account holder for over 18 yrs I'm happy to end ties with the worst bank.
