We broke down last night while pulling through the bank parking lot with our RV and trailer, right in the middle of the circle drive. As a customer of Comerica Bank for nearly a decade and a former Personal Banker Manager, I am deeply appalled by the treatment I received this morning. While making an ATM deposit, I remained parked with my hazard lights on. The bank was closed, and there were no other customers at the time. Hours on google say open 9-12pm on Saturday. Drive all the way here for the door to say closed on Saturday. Now I have to drive 25 mins in the opposite direction. Yall owe me $20 for gas!
Hours are stated online as 9-5. But after diving far! to this location a note posted on the door says closed for lunch 1-2pm! What? That is when bank customers take lunch from work and are able to come in! Don't tell me only 1 person works there. Employees can't stager taking lunch at different times!? Now I have to sit here for 45 mins and wait. Not to mention last time I tried to deposit a check, as I do every month for over a year, they gave me such a hard time. What is going on here?
