This bank has plenty of people working but only one teller to take care of everyone. For some reason they take forever to access your information. It's an automatic 10 to 30 minutes in line another five to ten at the teller and that's if your lucky . I wish the atm gave out other bills and not just the 20 dollar bills . Cause when you need to pay a large bill your out of luck . You either deal with a bunch of 20's or go stand inside the bank for a good hour . Not sure why it's this way but it really sucks
I love banking at the San Jose Lincoln Branch they have friendly, helpful, fast service tellers. The tellers are very knowledgeable and if they can't answer your question they find someone who can.Unlike Bank of America they are always fully staffed. I've recommended family members and friends to Comerica. Most of all they always smile while helping you. Other banks can learn a lot about customer service by adapting to Comerica's knowledge of customer service .
A great bank compared to the big ones. Friendly and helpful. Offer good banking products too.
