I love banking at the San Jose Lincoln Branch they have friendly, helpful, fast service tellers. The tellers are very knowledgeable and if they can't answer your question they find someone who can.Unlike Bank of America they are always fully staffed. I've recommended family members and friends to Comerica. Most of all they always smile while helping you. Other banks can learn a lot about customer service by adapting to Comerica's knowledge of customer service .
A great bank compared to the big ones. Friendly and helpful. Offer good banking products too.
I recommend this little branch.The customer service people are nice, helpful and friendly. I opened an account to be able to have a Safe Deposit Box so I don't have many other interactions with them but I've been using them for 5 years.
They really jacked me around, Comerica did. This particular one i haven't had the pleasure of visiting for another treatment.
