This location is very unwelcoming, not even a “hello” or “thank you”. Staff seemed annoyed during entire process of making deposit. Lacking the basics of customer service (95% of a bank tellers job).
Jenny is the main reason I use this bank. Her attention to personalized detail and customer service make banking here a pleasure. As long as Jenny is the manager I feel safe that my money is in good hands. Comerica can be cold and business like....it is a business bank......but Jenny makes you feel like you are important to her business and a part of her family. In this case.....its the people such as (Jenny) that make the difference....this is why I am a loyal customer!!!!
