This is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with. And I've had some pretty bad ones! This crap bank definitely takes the cake. Not only do they not care about their costumers, they also do nothing to help when problems happen. Not to mention they literally have 2 locations within a 30-40 mile radius. They also charge you to use a atm that isn't theirs, along with the atm fee itself. This is the worst bank I have ever had. They have caused us nothing but issues and problems. They do not care about their customers. I would recommend any other bank. Hopefully they are more respectful and understanding than this place. Lack of communication is the worst part
Absolutely terrible customer service. There ATM stole $800 from and and when I tried to contact them about it rebbeca told me there's nothing they can do about it and rudely hung up on me, now I have to turn this into a legal battle. DO NOT TRUST THEM
Be careful with your accounts here, be careful with anything to do with commercial divisions of Comerica. 25 years banking and oh how things have changed. First Loan officers that wont stand behind you or account when it comes to, misleading , corrupt individuals.
