I’m currently at the bank, and although there are no other customers waiting, there are five staff members present. Despite this, I’ve been made to wait without any acknowledgment or clear reason for the delay. The service here is extremely slow and inefficient, even during non-peak hours. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of urgency or consideration for customer time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both responsiveness and customer service standards.

My experience is commercial so YMMV ... the whole staff at this location is awesome!!! Best banking experience I’ve ever had. They’re super fast, super polite, super friendly. Just wish this location would stop being under construction an open back up! I miss my “bank buddies”!
Seven stars for helpful. -5 for not following their own published protocol taped to the door about my right to wear or not wear a mask. Please is not a commandment , mask Nazis.
I’ve been banking with them over 20 years. Like most I’ve had issues or inconveniences with many other banks. The staff at this location are great, one of the few banks that still knows how to treat good clients well.
